REFUND & RETURNS POLICY
Our Promise
Every order from Sri Krishna Coffee Works is ground fresh on the morning of dispatch. We stand behind the quality of every pouch we send — and if something is not right, we will make it right.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders — Report Within 48 Hours
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is damaged in transit, defective, or if you have received the wrong product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@srikrishnacoffee.com with:
- Your order number
- A clear photograph of the damaged or incorrect item
We will resolve all valid claims within 3 business days through a full replacement or refund — your choice.
Unopened, Unused Pouches — Return Within 7 Days
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason and the pouch is completely unopened and in its original condition, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery.
To initiate a return, email us at hello@srikrishnacoffee.com with your order number and reason for return. If approved, we will send you return instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Non-Returnable Items
We are unable to accept returns on:
- Opened or partially used pouches — because our coffee is a fresh, perishable, made-to-order food product
- Items returned without prior approval from our team
- Products purchased on sale or with a discount code
- Gift cards
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different blend, please return the eligible unopened item and place a new order separately once your return is approved.
Refund Timeline
Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to post the amount. If more than 10 business days have passed since approval and you have not received your refund, contact us at hello@srikrishnacoffee.com.
