How We Ship
Every order from Sri Krishna Coffee Works is ground fresh on the morning of dispatch. We do not hold pre-ground stock. This means your coffee is at its freshest when it leaves our store — and we want it to reach you in that same condition.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day. You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase, and a separate dispatch confirmation with your tracking link once your order is on its way.

Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order weight. We offer free shipping on orders above ₹[TO BE CONFIRMED] — this threshold will be displayed at checkout.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email and WhatsApp message with your tracking link. You can use this link to monitor your delivery in real time. If you have not received a tracking link within 2 business days of your order confirmation, please contact us.
Serviceability
We currently ship to all serviceable pin codes across India through our courier partners. If your pin code is not serviceable at checkout, please contact us at hello@srikrishnacoffee.com, and we will explore alternate options.
Packaging
All orders are packed in sealed, airtight pouches to preserve freshness during transit. We take care to ensure every package is securely packed before dispatch. If your packaging appears tampered with or damaged on arrival, please photograph it and contact us within 48 hours.
Failed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address or unavailability of the recipient, our courier partner will make up to 2 additional attempts. After that, the package may be returned to us. Re-dispatch charges will apply in such cases. Please ensure your delivery address and phone number are accurate at the time of ordering.
