Agreement to Terms
By accessing or placing an order on srikrishnacoffee.com, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website.
Products and Availability
All products listed on our website are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or modify product descriptions at any time without prior notice. Product images are for illustrative purposes and may vary slightly from the actual product.
Pricing
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR). Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time you place your order.
Orders and Payment
By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products at the listed price. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion. An order is confirmed only upon receipt of your payment and our confirmation email.
We accept payment via UPI, debit and credit cards, net banking, and wallets through our payment partner Razorpay. All transactions are processed securely. We do not store your payment details.
Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 2 hours of placement by contacting us at hello@srikrishnacoffee.com or WhatsApp 073370 89123. After 2 hours, your order may already be in preparation for grinding and dispatch, and cancellation may not be possible. If a cancellation is accepted, a full refund will be issued within 5–7 business days.
We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, payment failure, or suspected fraudulent activity. In such cases, a full refund will be issued promptly.
Intellectual Property
All content on srikrishnacoffee.com — including the Sri Krishna Coffee Works name, logo, emblem, product names, descriptions, images, and written content — is the property of Sri Krishna Coffee Works and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any of our content without prior written permission.
Limitation of Liability
Sri Krishna Coffee Works shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products. Our total liability in connection with any order shall not exceed the value of that order.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Secunderabad, Telangana.

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our website after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
